What we collect

Depending on how you use the site we may collect:

• Identity and contact data: name, email address.
• Account data: login credentials, account preferences.
• Order data: products purchased, order reference, billing country (payment card details are collected directly by Paddle and are not stored by us).
• Support data: messages you send us by email.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and basic analytics about how the site is used.

How we use your data and our legal bases

• To deliver products and provide your account — legal basis: performance of a contract.
• To process payments and prevent fraud via our Merchant of Record, Paddle — legal bases: performance of a contract and legitimate interests.
• To respond to customer support enquiries — legal bases: performance of a contract and legitimate interests.
• To send occasional service emails and product updates you opted in to — legal basis: consent (you can withdraw at any time).

Who we share data with

We share personal data only with trusted recipients who help us run the service:

• Hosting, email delivery and analytics subprocessors that operate the site on our behalf.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
• Public authorities where required by law.

International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data retention

We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years after your last purchase to meet UK tax and accounting requirements. Marketing email data is kept until you unsubscribe. Support correspondence is kept for up to 3 years. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form for up to 26 months. After these periods data is deleted or anonymised.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypted storage, access controls, least-privilege permissions and regular review of our subprocessors.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access a copy of your personal data.
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Have your data erased ("right to be forgotten").
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Data portability.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
• Complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
