Technical issue guarantee

If you experience a technical issue accessing your files, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will put it right or refund your order. Change-of-mind refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle, under their buyer terms. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or email hello@thebuildersbrief.co.uk and we'll help you get it sorted.

How to request a refund

Our orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. The fastest way to request a refund is to visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout. You can also email us at hello@thebuildersbrief.co.uk and we'll raise the request with Paddle on your behalf.

Problems with your download

If a file fails to download or won't open, email hello@thebuildersbrief.co.uk and we'll put it right.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
